Manager

Job description

  • Ensure the proper overall management
  • Primarily responsible for supporting the head of the department implementing the communications policy, strategy and guidelines.
  • Set-up an effective communication infrastructure
  • Cooperate with the community of communication managers within the network
  • Ensure that knowledge produced within the project is disseminated to the relevant target groups through publications and training.
  • Ensure that employees are aware of the changes and projects within the Organisation.
  • Create strategies to increase employees’ awareness and promote productivity.
  • Undertake sporadic field visits to monitor programme implementation and liaise closely with target groups.
  • Assist in coordinating communication activities and events of the project and partners
  • Maintain documentation management system (hard copy and on network)
  • Creating constructive and creative campaigns / workshop.
  • Fostering engagement with work colleagues and stake-holders to build Trust.

Warden

Job description

    • Overall supervision and efficient management of the Home
    • Maintaining all records as per the QMS stipulations.
    • Implementing processes defined by the QMS.
    • Conducting daily Staff meetings.
    • Co-ordinate outdoor activities of children ( medical, school, market, official work)
    • Attending visitors and telephone calls.
    • Maintaining store room keys and responsible for the inventory.
    • Maintaining assets of the house (including the children’s toys & games).
    • Reporting to HRE the performance of the QMS and need for improvement.
    • Taking tuitions of children.
    • Supervising the overall staff work.
    • Supervising children’s duties.
    • Liaising with the designated office staff.

Public Relation

Job description

  • Evaluate opportunities for develop partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on a daily basis.
  • To upskill and learn the metrics of the NGO standards and publicize the organization on that mode.
  • Assist the Managing Director in developing business plans to generate income from various sources
  • Assist the Managing Director in writing concept notes, project ideas, sponsorship appeals, and project proposals and ensure their timely submission
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
  • Should represent the organization at various events and fundraising forums
  • Undertake online research and build contacts with potential individual donors and raise funds for the activities of the organization
  • Undertake online fundraising agency and independent research in finding alternative resources for long-term sustainability of the organization.
  • Identifying new companies for relationships

Qualification: Bachelor degree in journalism, PR, marketing or related field

Shelter coordinator

Job description

A Coordinator, or Project Coordinator, is responsible for helping oversee the successful completion of projects and events. Their duties include performing specialized tasks, managing a team of staff members and establishing relationships with vendors and freelance professionals.

  • Communicating with clients or employers about project, event or campaign expectations and goals.
  • Collaborating with clients or employers, finance teams and other team members on budgeting and allocating funds.
  • Delegating tasks to appropriate team members.
