Walking the Thames Path for a Cause

148 Miles. 14 Days. One Mission.

This September, I will embark on a life-changing journey—walking the entire 148-mile (237 km) Thames Path from Kemble in Gloucestershire to Hampton Court Palace in Surrey, England. Over the course of 14 days, I will trace the path of the River Thames as it winds through rolling countryside, charming villages, historic towns, and iconic cityscapes.

But this journey is about more than just personal growth or physical endurance—it’s about making a difference.

Why I’m Walking

I am walking to raise awareness and vital funds for Rainbow’s End, a girls’ hostel project under the El Shaddai Charitable Trust. Rainbow’s End is committed to providing a safe, nurturing home for underprivileged girls—giving them the chance to pursue their education, grow in confidence, and step into a future full of promise.

Your support will directly contribute to building a hostel that offers protection, stability, and opportunity to girls who need it most.

More Than Just a Walk

The Thames Path isn’t just a scenic route. It follows one of England’s most historic rivers—a waterway that powered the Industrial Revolution, served as a key trade route, and connected communities across centuries. Just as the Thames has brought people together through history, this walk aims to unite us in a shared mission: to change lives.

With your contribution, we can ensure that Rainbow’s End becomes a true sanctuary—a place where every girl has the right to feel safe, supported, and empowered to dream.

Be Part of the Journey

Together, we can achieve something great.

I invite you to walk with me in spirit by supporting this cause. Every donation brings us one step closer to our goal, and every act of kindness echoes across the miles I’ll walk.

Thank you in advance for believing in this mission and investing in the future of these young girls.
