Our first Home Victory House, originally in Vagator, was opened in December 1997. It was taken on a short term lease as there was no capital money available to buy Homes in those early days. We started with 15 children and today we have over 3000 in our care all over India.
 
We stayed and worked very hard with the children at this Home until in April 2000 we were, by the grace of God, and the generosity of our sponsors and well wishers, able to buy a new Victory House at Saligao.
 
It needed extensive modernization and a large veranda was built at the front. The grounds were ample and the children loved it. Our boys, aged 7 to 10 years, all at school live there and thrive on the secure, homely atmosphere created by our staff.
