Airavnath currently lives in the Victory House. He has been with us since June 2016. He was born in the state of Karnataka, but his family shifted to Goa for better prospects. Airavnath has three older brothers and a younger brother. His family comes from a very poor background. Airavnath’s father was an alcoholic but is now mentally ill and jobless. Airavnath’s mother works as a house maid. Her income is inadequate to meet all the needs of her family. She also finds it difficult to work and simultaneously look after her children. Airavnath’s mother approached us and requested us to admit Airavnath into our Children’s Home. Airavnath was quickly admitted into our Children’s Homes where they were offered comfort, companionship, nourishing food, Education and the possibility of a secure future.
Airavnath is very happy and is enjoying his stay with us. He speaks Hindi & is also learning to speak English too. He now attends our Shanti Niketan (Non Formal School) and likes going to School. During leisure Airavnath enjoys playing with his friends, he also likes watching TV. Airavnath needs love and care. If he is given any additional help or assistance of any type, he can fulfil his dream and grow and develop as a normal child.
