El Shaddai Charitable Trust has been working on providing workable, self sustaining assistance to alleviate poverty and sufferings of people in many states of India.
On 5th March 2010, El Shaddai organized a ‘Gift a Goat project’, at Adarhalli in the state of Karnataka. Ellen Halfman (Germany) who raised funds for this Project accompanied El Shaddai staff, Appu & Agnel, and travelled more than 600 kms up and down to distribute 50 goats to the 25 families in need. The genuine smiles of relief & joy on the faces of the beneficiaries reinforced our commitment to serve the poor of our country.
